Refund Policy

Refund Policy
nablet provides fully functional demo versions of its software products, enabling prospective customers to evaluate all essential features, performance characteristics, and compatibility prior to purchase. Depending on the specific product, the demo version may apply a visible nablet watermark to exported media or may operate with time-limited functionality. These limitations do not restrict the ability to assess the software’s core functionality.
In light of the availability of such demo versions, all software sales are final, and nablet does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any software purchases. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that you have had sufficient opportunity to test and evaluate the software through the provided demo version and that you accept these terms without exception.
No Warranty
All software products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, nablet disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or those arising from course of dealing or usage of trade.
nablet makes no representations or warranties regarding compatibility with any specific hardware, operating system, workflow, or third-party software environment.
Governing Law
This Refund Policy, and any disputes arising from or related to the purchase or use of nablet software products, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, with the place of jurisdiction being Köln (Cologne), Germany, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
